ORDERING INFORMATION

Shipping Information

You can pick up your order F.O.B. or we will ship it by a common carrier of our choice.  Listed prices do not include shipping and handling.  These charges will be added to your order. Shipping cost is determined by location and weight of order.  Because every shipment is unique, we use different reputable carriers to best meet the needs of each customer.  Discounts may apply on orders of six or more doors shipped to the same location. When discussing your door order, our salespeople will gladly provide you with the shipping cost for your order.

All shipments are insured for 100% of its value and pre-paid. Should there be shipping damage, Redbud will handle the claim with the shipping company. It is important however that all packages be carefully checked for damage upon receipt.  All merchandise is securely packed and leaves our shop in excellent condition.  We are not liable for damages or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse.  If you suspect damage please:

  1. Contact the carriers or tell the truck driver immediately.
  2. Do not alter the shipping container until the carrier has performed an inspection.
  3. All damages must be reported to us immediately so that we can file a claim when necessary with the trucking company.
  4. Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting a Redbud representative for prior authorization.

Pricing

Prices vary depending on the door size, type of material used and complexity of designPrice increases with design complexity.   All prices are subject to change without notice.

A special order requires a 50% deposit to secure the project. Some designs may require a sketch fee. This fee will be applied to the price of the door upon order.


Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard or personal check.
We will provide you with an estimated date of completion.  Balance is due upon completion. For all orders, payment in full is required before pick up or delivery. 

 We make every effort to complete orders as requested.  Complete customer satisfaction is our primary goal.


Return Policy

Many of our doors are unique and custom and therefore not returnable. Special orders may not be returned.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for stock products. Contact a Redbud representative for a return goods authorization.  Returned goods must be shipped back, pre-paid, in the original crate. The outgoing shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
